Contracts Manager - Permanent Contract

Located - Hertfordshire

Salary: Up to c. £65,000 - £70,000 Negotiable + Generous Benefits (dependant on experience)

Our Client has a number of specialist divisions and build, maintain and design all types of properties.
Because they deliver projects on time and on budget they enjoy a great reputation throughout the Northern Home Counties and have long-standing relationships with their clients. Established over 100 years ago - our client continues to develop and identify new opportunities to develop working in partnership with more joint venture developments.

If you are an experienced Contracts Manager - with a residential new build construction background, we would very much like to hear from you.
Any demonstrable experience of involvement in Social Housing Projects would be an advantage.

In return, our clients offer a Generous Package and Market Rate Basic Salary of up to c. £70,000. We also offer Referral Incentives payable for each candidate we successfully place.
