Facade Manager

Facade Manager - £50-75,000 - Central London


Our client is a Leading London specialist Contractor, with a distinguished reputation and over 40 years in the market place. They have a strong pipeline of work running into 2020 and are currently in a phase of growth and expansion. That have a current need for a Façade Manager to work on the modification of a prestigious Central London 4 star hotel. The work will include structural alterations, partial demolition and Façade renewal. You will be solely responsible, for the Façade package.
You will:
Be directly responsible for the day to day facade construction on the project.
Manage and be lead contact for the facade contractor.
Mange the relevant programme of work insuring integration with other packages.
Report to Senior Management and record progress against program deadlines.
Work with the logistics manager to ensure deliveries and lifts are carried out on time.
Carry out the quality control, testing and inspection plans on all aspects of cladding and façade
Ensure Quality and standards are met and exceeded.
Maintain high levels of health & safety throughout the project.

You will have:
Experience as a Facade manager with a more than 5 years leading Facade projects.
Experience in working on commercial and Mid to Highrise projects.
a construction Degree or equivalent experience.
Ability to plan work in a strategic and methodological manner.
CSCS Card, SMSTS & First Aid
