Formed in July 2017, Connexus brought together two successful housing groups providing homes and delivering services across Herefordshire, Shropshire and Gloucester. With the recruitment of our new Chief Executive underway we are now looking to further strengthen our Executive Team with the recruitment of a new Executive Director of Development. This role will provide the direction for the development directorate, to enable the organisation to maintain a balanced property portfolio which continues to meet customer needs and aspirations.

With a professional qualification or chartered status in a relevant discipline you will inspire, direct and empower colleagues by setting challenging goals. You will join a dynamic senior management team who are keen to make an even greater positive difference to the lives of the people and communities we serve.
