Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer

Property Developer in Manchester looking for an Intermediate Electrical Design Engineer to join their team.

Your new company
This is a land and property developer that specialise in residential and supported living space. They have grown massively over the past couple of years to over 400 people and are looking to further grow over the next few years.
They have a great team environment, everyone is very supportive and innovative. You will be working in a team of 3 design engineers on projects that will range in complexity and value.

Your new role
You will be working alongside Mechanical and Electrical engineer and will be reporting directly into the Principal Engineer. Your role will include liaising with the end user client, attend design meetings and more on day to day basis deliver electrical designs from concept all the way through detailed design using AutoCAD. You will use your technical expertise to attend site surveys and advise what may be the best solution for electrical design using what products.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a degree or HND/HNC in building services or equivalent with previous experience working within the building services industry. You will be a proficient user of AutoCAD and be able to demonstrate your technical electrical knowledge.
