Your new company deliver new build developments both in the private and social housing markets. With 2 offices in the north of England you will be working for a local company making positive impacts in their local neighbourhood.

Your new role
Your job as a Design Coordinator will be reporting into the Design and Technical Manager. You will be responsible to manage the design and coordination of all technical information between external consultants and internal departments. You will ensure the efficient execution of the works through the construction phase and to assist in the collation of information required at contract completion.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous architectural experience within the new build housing environment. Good communication skills to manage external Architectural and Engineering consultants to ensure that deadlines are met. An understanding of building regulations.

What you'll get in return
A salary of circa £42,000 (experience depending) as well as company car allowance. A fantastic holiday package of 25 days + statutory bank holidays + if your birthday falls on a weekday you get that off too.
