Interim Projects and Development Surveyor

This London based Public Sector client is looking add additional support to their development team, providing regeneration and development property advice in respect of the major regeneration programme generally and specifically to support the Head of Development. You will provide advice and assistance with but not limited to:

• Specific site support - s.123 compliance, evaluation and legal documentation and structure
• Support in the OJEU tender process for sites
• Dispose of the Feeder sites programme
• Provide development viability and appraisal support to other ongoing projects and Services
• Master planning and design
• Strategic oversight

You will work collaboratively with the Regeneration Department and will need to be technically competent to contribute and take the lead on property development related matters as appropriate. You will have demonstrable experience and be able to work autonomously as proficient and competent development/regeneration surveyor. For more information please contact Alistair Carter.
