A leading further education organisation based in Glasgow, who are leaders in their field across the globe require a Head of Health & Safety on a temporary basis.

What you'll need to succeed

• Ideally experience within HE or FE- if not the public sector
• the role level requires management experience of H&S staff
• Professional NEBOSH Diploma
• Chartered membership of the Institution of Occupational Health and Safety (CMIOSH)
• Responsibility is for H & S and Fire Safety with professional leadership and management of the Health and Safety Team
• Ensuring the development of the Fire Regulatory Compliance Officer(s) and Health and Safety Advisor and Assistant Health and Safety Advisor.

What you'll get in return
A rate of £28.24 hr
35 hours per week
6 months + role
Based in Glasgow city centre for a leading organisation
