PFI Contract Manager

Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a PFI contract manager to take over a contract in the North East covering a secondary school and a leisure centre on behalf of a large, well reputed client.

Your new role
As a proven PFI Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the day to day operational running of the services encompassing P&L accountability and helpdesk management. The contract also encompasses 3rdparty lets within the facilities. You will assume responsibility for catering, cleaning, leisure and maintenance teams managing a team of 4 direct reports. The role also encompasses responsibility for delivery of hard services featuring planned and reactive maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in your new role, you will need a commercial mind to push and develop the existing contract. Experience in a previous PFI contract is essential and applications from a deputy contracts manager will be considered at this stage. You will be approachable and visible on site as well as engaged with your team and the client to deliver a high level of service.

Experience in Maximo/Concept is required as well as relevant IOSH/BIFM qualifications. Certification in legionella, working at heights and responsible person are also advantageous.
