BMS Operative

Your new company

Your new company is a University based in Coventry. You will be reporting to the Senior BMS Engineer based in the Mechanical Engineering department.

Your new role

As a BMS operative you will will be primarily office based where you will be responsible for monitoring faults on the BMS, collating energy data, updating graphics and data, receiving calls from onsite technicians or staff and any other ad hoc duties that may be required. You will be a valuable member of the team providing support to the wider Estates team, so team collaboration will be vital for the continued success of the University.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will have prior experience working within a commercial maintenance environment.Experience of working within BMS/mechanical engineering would be significantly desirable, but not essential You will need to be educated to A Level or equivalent standard and have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
