Scheduling Team Leader - based in Stafford

Hays are currently recruiting for a Scheduling Team Leader on a temporary basis based in Stafford, expected to last until approximately September.

Your new role
Your will be acting as Team Leader for the scheduling department. You will be overseeing a number of schedulers who are booking in works for Engineers, ensuring that SLA's and KPI's are adhered to, monitoring tenant satisfaction etc and ensuring that the team are adhering to company policies

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for the role, you must ideally come from a similar background and have proven experience in a similar role.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a temporary contract paying £13.00 per hour + holiday pay which is expected to last until September.
