Interim Opportunity-General Practice Surveyor-Commercial Portfolio-MRICS or APC candidates-South London

Your new company
On behalf of a public sector organisation, Hays Property & Surveying are now looking for a General Practice Surveyor, MRICS or en-route to become chartered.
This is an interim opportunity.

Your new role
As the General Practice Surveyor, you will help to manage their varied commercial and industrial portfolio.
Mainly, you will be looking after the stock of vacant commercial properties and will be responsible, alongside the lettings Administrator, in ensuring that all void property is let quickly and to the right covenant of tenant.

In addition, you will also manage a small commercial portfolio and as such, be involved in day to day commercial estate management, involving 1954 Act lease renewals, rent reviews, new lettings and planned/reactive maintenance projects.

What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate you will be either MRICS qualified or be en-route to MRICS qualification via APC and you'll have previous experience in a similar role.
