Draughtsman

£10 to £20 per hour (negotiable)

Your new company
A renowned company is currently looking for a Draughtsman to join their Management Operations/Facilities Management team. This team has Project Managers, CAD Technicians, an Administrator and a Head of Department, whom you will be reporting to.

Your new role
As a Draughtsman you will be helping your team to plan, design, manage and deliver refurbishment projects. You will also help to develop and improve existing campus facilities and buildings. This temporary role could have a length between 1 to 3 months with the possibility to turn into a permanent role after this period of time.

What you'll need to succeed
For you to succeed in this role you will have to be competent with the Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD 2D. You will need to have experience with creating new and change existing site drawings and planning application drawings. Experience with the management of Engineering Change Controls is also crucial for the role.
The ideal candidate will have experience in amending controlled electronic O&M data base with project change and provide revised room numbering to project engineers for any projects change.

What you'll get in return
£10 to £20 per hour, depending on experience
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, half hour unpaid lunch beak
