Capstone Property Recruitment is proud to be appointed to recruit for a Cost Consultancy in New York. Our client were established over 25 years ago in London and established a Manhattan office over 15 years ago to service clients across the USA. The requirement is for a Cost and Senior Cost Manager.
The Manhattan office has been instructed to work on some of the most prolific and complex projects the Americas have to offer and will be working with some of the world's most prestigious blue chip clients across the commercial, banking, retail and digital sectors. This will require you to be able to deliver under pressure.
About you
The successful candidate will ideally have extensive knowledge of the commercial, offices and retail sectors, preferably gained in a construction consultancy environment. Your key skills will include negotiation, communication, numeracy, report writing and presentation skills. You must have a degree in Quantity Surveying and/or be MRICS qualified, with a proven track record as an exceptional Cost Manager. International applicants must fulfil the criteria of the E Treaty Visa which is required for this position.
