The company was founded in 1987 and has 3 offices in the UK. It can be found on the AJ Top 100 and has previously won the award for "Architectural Practice of the Year". The majority of their projects are in the Education sector; however, they do also cover Residential and Commercial.
They are now looking for a mid to senior level Architectural technician/technologist, to be a part of their team in their West Kent location.

Your new role

You will be Developing the Architectural Design, using BIM and ArchiCAD to present design proposals (training given), preparing detail design and production information using NBS, assisting management/construction on site and recording the findings of inspection, using BIM and ArchiCAD to compile As Built drawings post construction.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be capable of delivering a RIBA Stage 4 package compromising of detailed design and construction drawings 1:5 and 1:20 details. Previous experience within the role of Architectural Technician/Technologist is essential and preferably you will be a member of CIAT (TCIAT) or be in the process of becoming a member.
