Mechanical Surveyor Required - Immediate Start - Long Term Contract

Your new company
You will be working with a well known London multi-disciplinary consultancy. This established consultancy has been a leading player in the building services field for a number of years. They have won awards for their quality of work, this can be put down to their effort to detail which they put into every project.

Your new role
Yo will be joining as a Mechanical Surveyor on behalf of their design team, working with local authority on a number of communal projects. For the most part you will be surveying for water hygiene and boilers. It is important to note although the projects will be for local authority you will be working for a private consultancy.

What you'll need to succeed
You will require experience as a mechanical surveyor, particularly having previously surveyed for water hygiene and boiler quality. Qualifications are not required but they may help. Furthermore, it will be of use if you have previously worked for local authority in a role which has involved Mechanical surveys.

What you'll get in return
This is a long-term contract, minimum 6 months with the option to switch to permanent should you desire. Furthermore, this consultancy is one of the largest consultancies to work with local authority so you will constantly be kept busy. They are also offering a competitive hourly rate.
