A well-known retailer is offering a Commercial Manager/Quantity Surveyor the chance to establish themselves within their Property Commercial Team and build a career working with one of the biggest property portfolios in the UK.

You will be responsible for overseeing risk, monitoring costs and increasing efficiency of a brand new programme of over 100 projects across the UK whilst working closely with Project Managers and external partners to support the delivery of said projects. Experience of which is required; preferably in a retail environment, together with the communication and relationship building skills to help you become a valued member of the team during an exciting time.
