A UK leading design and build modular contractor who pride themselves on providing a service from design to turn key. With a factory in East Yorkshire as well as offices in London and the south this company are looking to double their growth in the next 2 years.

Your new role
Your new role as an Architectural Technician within this company will mean that you are involved in the design and technical detailing of projects across multiple sectors working to BIM level 2. You will be apart of a hard working but fast paced design team.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be proficient using Revit as the company are Revit using and working to BIM level 2. You will need a strong understanding of building regulations and ideally experience working in either modular, education, healthcare or commercial sectors. There will be some day to day management of a small team so good communication and organisation skills are essential.

What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a salary inline with your experience as well an an annual bonus (company and performance based). Holiday is 25 + stats with a standard pension. Standard office hours although it is open from 06:30 until 18:30 and you can work flexi within those times.
