My client, a leading construction consultant, is seeking to appoint a qualified construction professional with a minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience in the Cost Management of construction projects at a senior level in one or more of the following sectors;  Retail, Commercial, Distribution and Residential / Mixed Use sectors.

An experienced Quantity Surveyor you will demonstrate excellent leadership and organisational skills of both the external project team and internal Cost Management team and lead and hold responsibility for the performance of the Cost Management team on specifically allocated accounts or work-streams.

You will have an excellent knowledge of the development process from inception of the project through to the successful delivery and commercial close-out.

In return you will be given autonomy to manage your own time and resources and work remotely / on site as required to get the job done.
