Your new company
My client is a well-established regional contractor in Yorkshire and due to an increase in workload and project wins their team is forecast to grow significantly moving forward. As a result they are recruiting for a Topographical Land Surveyor to join their team. You will be field based but will be expected to go the office once a week which is based in Scunthorpe.

Your new role
My client needs the next member of their team to be able to hit the ground running in the growing department. The main responsibilities of the role will include the below but not limited to: Carrying out Topographical Surveys & Measured Building Surveys, Using equipment such as Lecia and 3D laser Scanners, Producing survey plans, section drawing and digital terrain mapping, Using AutoCAD in 2D and 3D

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be suitable for this role you MUST have experience of carrying out topographical surveys as a minimum. In addition to this a full driver's license is also an essential requirement. You will ideally have a HNC in construction at a minimum.

What you'll get in return
On offer is an attractive package which is negotiable dependant on experience, base salaries can range from £25,000 - £35,000 dependant on experience.
