Project Design Manager

Permanent Project Design Manager role, Nottinghamshire, Main Contractor, Design & Build.

Your New Company
A National Main Contractor specialising in construction of student accommodation, education, leisure/ hotels and commercial sectors is expanding rapidly. Due to several recent contract wins, they seeks a Deign & Build Co-ordinator / Project Design Manager to start asap. The role is a permanent vacancy.

Your new role
You will work with a strong project management team and report to the head of technical. The position requires design experience working on end to end delivery of projects with values up to £50M. You will be confident to add value on multiple new projects quickly.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a strong main contracting background of high value projects in the aforementioned sectors of construction. You will be confident when liaising with clients and be both commercially and operationally astute
