Your new role
As the Director you will work alongside one of the Partners. You will be heavily focused on being client facing, winning new business and retaining the business of existing customers. You will get hands on with the early stages of projects such as creating footprints and master plans using Revit and AutoCAD. From this point you will hand projects over to your delivery teams, although you will be expected to get involved with the delivery process of selected projects from time to time.

Dependent upon your experience and interest in having managerial responsibilities, you will get the opportunity to take over some of the Partners exiting duties such as; mentoring junior members of staff and carrying out performance appraisals.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have drive and determination to want to grow a business, and be able to work using your own initiative. Experience within the commercial and industrial sectors, and a Revit proficiency are desired attributes but not necessities.
