Architectural Technologist - Derbyshire - Permanent - Up to £40k - Multidisciplinary Company


Hays Architecture are working very closely with a multidisciplinary consultancy company based in Derbyshire who have been operating successfully for over 40 years. The company provide a variety of specialist services including Architecture, Engineering and Project Management. Due to a number of new and exciting projects recently being won, the company's architecture division are now looking to welcome a driven architectural technologist into the team.

As the successful candidate your responsibilities will include but are not limited to the production of detailed working drawings, site surveys, attending and leading design meetings, liaising with clients and contractors, 2D and 3D modelling and some visualisation work.

To be considered for this position you will need to have 3 years or more worth of experience working within an architectural practice or another relevant company. You will ideally need to have a confidence working in Autodesk Revit as the projects are produced in that software. The company are willing to provide Revit training for individuals with a basic understanding. Previous project running experience and a portfolio that includes medium to large scale Commercial or Industrial sector project work would be highly advantageous for this position.

As the successful candidate you will be rewarded with a highly competitive annual salary between £30,000 and £40,000 depending on experience level.
