Temporary rolling contract, Architectural CAD Technician, property and construction consultancy

Your new company
A property and construction consultancy based in Nottinghamshire are looking to recruit an Architectural CAD Technician for a temporary contract. This contract is for 4 weeks initially with the potential to roll on as the work continues. This company work within a variety of sectors including education, commercial and healthcare.

Your new role
You will work within the Building Surveying team on projects form planning drawings through to completing technical working drawing packages using AutoCAD. You will predominantly be working on education projects and will be mostly office based.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have strong technical skills using AutoCAD and will have ideally worked on projects up to a value of £2m.

What you'll get in return
you will receive a negotiable hourly rate dependent upon your experience and you will be paid weekly with access to our online time sheet system.
