Contracts Manager

One on the Midlands leading PLC Housing Developers are looking to appoint a Contracts Manager to work across Leicestershire, delivering high quality houses, working within a team orientated department. Your new role

You will be responsible for managing high quality sites, coordinating site teams, liaising closely with Site Managers to ensure operations are running safely and on time. You will support the development team, monitor budget and costs effectively and secure appropriate labour to continue site development.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful you will have previous experience working within a residential new build environment within a similar role. You will have excellent project management skills and be a strong communicator, driving the site teams forward. You will have thorough knowledge of NHBC standards and hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
