Your new role

As mentioned above this is an opportunity for a dynamic commercial property surveyor who will be responsible for providing existing and new investment clients "best in class" commercial property management services. Key responsibilities:

• Developing client & tenant relationships and contributing to business development.
• Client relationship management & managing external agents and 3rd parties.
• Client reporting and tenant liaison - managing lease renewals / service charge budgets, management of applications and alterations.
• Rent collections, estates management & property management

What you'll need to succeed

This highly successful organisation is looking for a career driven commercial property management specialist who can demonstrate a track record of delivering similar services to major investment clients, property companies and overseas investors. This is a client facing position where presentation, reporting, negotiation and pitching skills are required. MRICS Qualification - Essential
