Job Details
A competent BIM Manager required for a busy architectural practice in Bath, immediate start available.
Your new company
You will be an integral part of a National Architectural Practice with international involvement and a real focus on design and sustainability. With 5 UK offices and staff count of around the 200 mark this role will be key to the Bath office as well as a wider involvement with the progressive BIM team nationally.
Your new role
The role is for a competent BIM Manager with significant experience of implementing BIM processes in previous roles. The role is a permanent role with real development opportunities for someone to embed themselves into the organisation and grow with the company developing BIM processes and enhance and become more joined up in the BIM environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be in either a BIM Manager / BIM Coordinator position currently or alternatively be an experienced architectural professional with BIM Management skills. You will have excellent communication and team playing ability as well as being able to see the bigger picture and forward thinking ability around BIM plans.
You will have experience of executing BIM plans on large scale projects as well as commenting on EIRs as well as great project management skills.
