Senior Planner - Working from home

A niche environmental consultancy that offers a range of services to their clients, helping them to achieve positive development, is looking to appoint a Senior Planner to take charge of Planning projects on their behalf. Working with internal colleagues across numerous disciplines as well as external contacts and clients, you will be vital in helping the expansion of the company as they look to develop an emerging Planning service within their established offering.

On a daily basis, the Senior Planner will be managing applications and offering sound planning advice on numerous developments of various sizes. A lot of work will come initially from internal sources (environmental disciplines) however an added element of the role will be to bring in your own fees and projects where possible through the use of your personal network.

With 3-10 years' experience you should be a chartered member of the RTPI and have worked in the private sector, either consultancy or developer, and have a fantastic understanding of the UK planning system. Ideally you will be an ambitious and driven individual who is excited about the start of a new venture where you can build a team around you in the future.
