Your new company
A five star house builder are looking to add an Architectural Technician to their existing, well established Leicestershire based team.

Your new role
You will work amongst a team of 6 technicians of various levels. You will be involved with everything from initial layout designs and master plans through to completion.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Producing layout designs and master plans for sites
• producing planning & working drawings and details for new house types
• making tweaks and amendments to house types when required
• managing and driving external consultants in preparation and issue of production information to an agreed programme, fee and scope
• preparing technical specifications
• overseeing NHBC applications to approval
• over seeing preparation of conveyance plans and sales arena drawings
• carrying out and attending site progress meetings
• dealing with any site queries

What you'll need to succeed
you must have had previous experience with working for a house builders and you must also have an AutoCAD proficiency. you will be able to work as part of a team as well as being able to work on your own initiative.
