Assistant/Graduate Contracts Manager Job in Colchester.

You have the opportunity to work with one of the the regions leading commercial construction and refurbishment company's. They strive to provide a bespoke service to all there clients, completing builds on schedule and to the highest possible standard.

Your new role

You will be working alongside a vastly experienced and knowledgeable Contracts Manager to help you grow and develop within the role. Training and support will be offered throughout as well as on the job experience such as overseeing operational staff and assisting the team when tendering for projects.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need a background in construction and a willingness to learn and work hard, SSSTS, White CSCS and First Aid. Graduate applications are welcome if your course was construction based.

What you'll get in return

You will have the opportunity to learn from and work within a highly knowledgeable team gaining invaluable experience on the job, any relevant training will also be provided. A salary of £25,000-£30,000 is on offer based on your level of experience.
