O&M Manager / Co-ordinator role. Derby Major Contractor On going temp to perm role

Your new company
Our client is a National Major Construction Contractor.
They have a flag ship ongoing project in Derby, for a Blue Chip Client.
Covering Major Construction, Office Fit our and Maintenance.

Your new role
As O&M Manager (Operations & Maintenance Manual)
You will co-ordinate with all key suppliers / specialist sub contractors and design consultants all relevant construction drawings, product information, design and commissions information, and any building faults, in order to create an "O&M" File for handover to the end client following construction completion.


What you'll need to succeed
Excellent administrative skills
Excellent IT Skills
Strong communications skills
Experience creating O&M Files for another contractor.
