Project Manager

A privately owned real estate investment and development company is seeking a Project Manager in their Residential Build to Rent & Mixed-Use Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their Development team. They are a thriving Development Company providing excellent opportunity for growth within the organisation. The successful candidate would be based in their central London office. The ambitious Project Manager should have a minimum of 5 years' experience and have the following skill set; relevant degree in either Construction, Architecture or Engineering; proven project delivery experience; ability to project manage multiple projects while maintaining quality as well as being able to manage project budgets, tracking and controlling project expenditure to ensure projects are completed on or under approved budgets.
