Superb opportunity for an Associate Building Surveyor to lead Building Surveying team in excellent consultancy

I have partnered with the Managing Director of an excellent Lancashire based consultancy who are on a mission for expansion and seeking to appoint an Associate Building Surveyor to manage their Building Surveying team and hopefully progress further as the business grows.

Your new role
My client are looking for a client facing, Associate Building Surveyor to manage a small team of Building Surveyors in their Lancashire office. My client is looking for a confident and commercially minded Building Surveyor with expertise in all areas of commercial building surveying (Building Surveys, commercial and due diligence reports, Dilapidation advice, Schedules of condition, Party wall matters, Building re-instatement cost assessments (RCA's)) and project management. This is an opportunity to work for one of the most desirable firms in the North West and have impact in a progressive environment.

What you'll need to succeed
For this role you must possess a BSc Degree in Building Surveying, MRICS/FRICS status and have consultancy experience. You must have strong interpersonal skills, be computer literate and have the ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships. You will also ideally have people management experience and have the capability to mentor junior Building Surveyors in order for them to become MRICS.
