Estates Surveyor

As a chartered MRICS General Practice Surveyor you'll be dealing with a varied case load for a Busy Local Authority.
With a diverse property portfolio which consists of a range of operational and investment across the retail, commercial, rural , agricultural and mixed use sector. The aim of this contract will be to provide support to the Strategic Property team (- Landlord and tenant, acquisition and disposal, strategic asset management, valuations, repairs and maintenance, and lettings).


Covering all aspects of asset and estate management, this role is very much Client Facing. So working within the local Authority divisions advising the various clients on ideas , solutions and options available to them. Experience of being client facing is ideal or a willingness to do so is essential.

Having extensive experience of working within Estate Management, you will be an excellent communicator and be an expert in the management of investment portfolios and /or mixed public sector assets. Management of operational and tenanted portfolios of office, retail, industrial, educational, medical and community assets. If you are a registered valuer than that would be an added bonus.


This role will really suit some one who is looking for an interim contract with flexible hours.

This will be an ongoing temporary contract and there is flexibility on whether it is 4 or 5 days a week, with flexible working hours . The Hourly/day rate is outside of IR35..
