A unique opportunity to join one of the UK's largest Healthcare landlords as a commercial property & asset management surveyor based in the City of London.

A major private sector healthcare focused property company with a quasi-public sector feel who manage the largest UK healthcare property portfolio. This unique growing business are looking for MRICS qualified commercial surveyor with a private sector background to fulfil a London based commercial property & asset management role. The company have a City of London HQ where you will have the opportunity to work within a fast-paced environment working towards a common goal of driving values across your allocated portfolio.

Your new role

As a senior property manager within the Asset Management team you will assist a principal property surveyor covering all aspects of commercial portfolio management. The management responsibilities will include lease transactions, managing head lease events, actively managing sub lease events and managing tenant liaison.

Responsibilities include:

• Full Property & Asset Management
• Estates management including managing lease events, tenants, service charge budgets and maximising business rates savings
• Leading on dilapidations negotiations & management of external agents
• Undertaking property inspections, financial management, negotiating new leases and working with colleagues to drive value through lease renewals & rent reviews.

What you'll need to succeed

• Essential - MRICS Chartered Surveyor
• Commercial Property & Asset Management experience, preferably within a private sector property setting
• The ability to manage landlord & tenant instructions, drive value through asset management incentives and seeking alternative asset strategies to maximise the performance of assets
