Your new organisation

Town Centre premises will be developed to provide facilities for local communities to access the Police Service.

You will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the implementation of Capital Estates programmes/projects and possess a strong understanding of the work of Landlords, Valuers, Agents, Purchasers and able to communicate confidently with multidisciplinary consultants.

Efficient at assessing appropriate and valuable information to gain an accurate understanding and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong time management skills are essential. You will be confident and able to demonstrate courage and resilience in dealing with difficult and potentially volatile situations.

Demonstrate a real belief in public service, focusing on what matters to the public and will best serve their interests. Act with integrity, in line with the values and ethical standards of the Police Service.
