Your new company

Your new company is a specialist in the conservation, restoration and reparation of quality traditional and historic buildings. Their project work predominantly consists of church, cathedral, castle and ecclesiastical monumental Builds. They are currently looking to assemble multiple fixer stonemasons with a high level of masonry restoration experience to join their specialist team on various projects throughout the west midlands.

Your new role

You will be at the forefront of restoring and repairing monumental builds on a medium to large scale, working to planned costs and agreed time scales. You will be working with a team of stonemasonry fixers on the allocated site, reporting into and Liaising with the designated site manager and quantity surveyor.

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous practical experience as a stone masonry fixer on any of the specialist project areas is a central key to your success. You will have strong references and feedback from all previous roles in the masonry trade and worked with lime mortar daily on previous projects.

Essential Requirements:

• CSCS Card
• NVQ or City & Guilds (desirable)
• Medium to high level of stone fixer masonry experience
• Common use of lime mortar on previous projects
