A Project Management company specialising in Hospitality, Retail & Leisure is looking for a Project Manager
Your new company
Your new company is an international project management company, specialising in the Retail, Hospitality and Leisure sectors. Their main projects include small and medium-sized design-focused projects, with the budgets ranging from 220k to 1,5 million GBP.
Your new role
In your new role as a Project Manager, you will be joining a team of 5-6 people and you will be travelling across the UK to sight meetings several times a week as well as working from their central London office. Your main responsibilities will include working on surveying and schematic design; client briefing; delivering the projects; people management and controlling the budget.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an organised individual with previous project management and construction experience. Ideally, you will have a design background within the Hospitality and Retail sectors
