Your new company
They are looking to build their Building services team from 4 to 10 members by the end of the year, with the roles available there is a fantastic opportunity to further develop yourself and become a major player within an ever expanding team. Due to a variety of projects, the training and opportunities provided they have a fantastic retention rate.

Your new role
With this role there is a fantastic opportunity to work on some varied and interesting frameworks within the west midlands such as HS2, Birmingham airport and the new nuclear plant being designed. Many of the projects will allow you to work in client facing roles and with majority of the works being repeat clients you will be able to build and maintain important relationships.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience working within industrial, education sectors is beneficial. The ability to help lead and develop an ever growing team. Having experience within the rail sector would be ideal but not essential.
