Senior/Associate Economist - Property Economics

If you're a Planner/Economist within the Property & Real Estate sector and want to work with one of the leading names in the Property Economics & Planning industry, this could be the right opportunity for you! New instructions continue to come through the door across varying sectors including advising estates on their property strategies as well as working closely with councils on key infrastructure and policy documents.

On a daily basis you'll be preparing social and economic impact assessments as part of the larger EIA process, establishing financial and business cases for projects and estate proposals while continuing to represent the company in a professional manner, pursuing new business opportunities and constantly developing your personal brand.

You really need to have excellent written and communication skills and be an expert in dealing with the details & numbers side of projects while being able to thrive under pressure. You should have a good knowledge of the UK planning system and ideally have consultancy experience already however individuals from a policy background will be considered.
