Mechanical Quantity Surveyor

A specialist contractor in Liverpool looking for a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to work 2 days a week.

Your new company
A Liverpool based contractor that has over 20 years experience and has successfully provided all aspects of plumbing/gas repairs and installations throughout Merseyside. The company have a very large and successful maintenance division, however are now expanding into installation on new build/refurbishment projects in Liverpool.

Your new role
As the company is expanding and progressing they are getting more projects through the door and need an additional pair of hands to deliver the Mechanical Quantity Surveys. This is a part-time 2 day a week role however, it may extend into a full-time role if there will be more projects coming through the door. You will be working alongside a senior mechanical QS and will deliver quotations and reports for the workload.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a HND/HNC or a degree in building services with post graduate experience working as an M&E QS with Mechanical bias. You will have previous experience working on new built and refurbishment projects. Mechanical background is essential, especially with gas, heating and ventilation.
