Senior Surveyor, Property Management
West End, London
£38-45,000 plus bonus and benefits
A Central London based Chartered Surveyors, who are a leading specialist in commercial property management and asset management across the UK., are looking for motivated individuals to join.
The team focus on management across retail, commercial, industrial and shopping centres.
You must have property management experience which includes: rent reviews and collection, lease management, service charge management, income advise.
Ideally you will be MRICS qualified however this is not essential.
