Your new company
A leading regional contractor are looking for a Site Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This business specialise in industrial and commercial build across the North West region and have several sites breaking ground in Liverpool this year. The business demonstrates security in any financial market given its set up across contracting and their own developments, and they are continuing to add to their own property portfolio.

Your new role
You will take a lead on a £3.5m steel frame new build industrial unit from start to finish. You will take full responsibility for the management of in house trades as well as various sub-contractors. You will report into the Contracts Manager on a weekly basis, ensuring quality of build is maintained as well as programme. You will take responsibility for the highest levels of health and safety on site, supervising and coordinating all site based staff, sub-contractors, material suppliers and utility providers to ensure an efficient method of build. You will programme work effectively to ensure targets are achieved, and will work closely with the Contracts Manager and Commercial Team to ensure the project is delivered in budget.

What you'll need to succeed
You have new build steel frame experience, and up to date CSCS, SMSTS, First Aid.
