Project Manager (construction), North Yorkshire, 6 month fixed term (with potential to be extended)

Hays are delighted to be working with a well-established and respected organisation to recruit a Project Manager in North Yorkshire for a 6 month contract(could be extended) offering a competitive package for a major infrastructure support service provider, ideally looking for an immediate start. A leading infrastructure support provider is seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver an additional works project. The company is renowned for putting people first and always looking to improve whilst providing excellent customer service.

Your new role
Supporting the management in providing optimal solutions to the customer requirements. You'll be responsible for delivering the project efficiently and economically to promote profitability. You will have

• Experience in mechanical / utilities is preferable
• Construction background
• Strong experience in compliance and health and safety
• Working with supply chain / sub-contractors
• Carrying out and producing Risk Assessments
• Proven track record in the Supervision / leadership of staff
• Managing costs / budgets
• Preferably a qualification such as HND in Building Studies / Construction (or any related discipline)

What you'll get in return
You will be offered a competitive package, 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata). Working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week.
