Building Control Officer/Surveyor

Building Control Officer, 2-3 days per week Short term Sickness Cover

Busy local Authority building control team need some temporary cover due to sickness 2/3 days per week


You will supporting the building control manager checking plans and inspection of work on site for compliance with the Building Regulations and associated legislation.
Advising Architects, builders, developers, public on suitable types of Building Regulation Applications and allied legislation.
Other day to day functions involved liaising with stakeholders and other Departments within the Council

As this is short term sickness cover post , you need to be experienced within Building Control and able to hit the ground running. If you are looking for a part time role this could suit you as the client only need a 2/3 day per week commitment.

This location is easily accessible from Lincoln, Hull, Newark .
