Job Details
As a result of continued expansion, an experienced Development/Senior Development Manager is required to join an established commercial business to add value to some challenging portfolios throughout the North West. You will be working on a diverse range of projects, ranging from large scale residential schemes, through to considerable new builds of Grade A city centre office space. In order to be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have a detailed understanding of the end to end development process, from feasibility studies and development appraisals to disposals.
