Hays is representing an historic and monumental organisation based in the Heart of Bristol in their search to recruit for a Clerk of Works to oversee development of a range of office, residential and commercial buildings on a unified site within the City Centre. Your new role
As the Clerk of Works you will be responsible for managing client-side construction and contract management of designated projects. This will include interpreting drawings, undertaking site inspections and audits, managing contractors and monitoring budgets to ensure the project is completed in a safe, purposeful, and timely manner, in line with the historic values and ethos of the client.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful for this role you will need to have experience in a building or construction related discipline. You will need to have experience in a Clerk of Works position or similar role. Excellent health and safety, management and surveying knowledge is essential.
