Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contracts Manager to join a well established busy contractor in the Dundee area. This will begin as a temporary post with the view to going permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role
You will be tasked with managing multiple sites at one time with the combined worth of £2-3 million. You will be expected to report into a Director on a weekly basis with site progress and ensure that all sites are running to time schedule. You will be tasked with some client liaising and ensuring that all quality checks are met.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have previous experience managing multiple sites at one time, ideally as a Contracts Manager. You must possess excellent communication skills to ensure all site progress is met. You will ideally have experience managing new build projects as well as refurbishments. You must have a valid 5 day SMSTS and CSCS.
