Building Surveyor

Your new company
With clients in more than 70 countries, they are the world's largest independent provider of claims management solutions to insurance companies and self-insured entities. They provide an unparalleled service to their customers due to their industry-leading expertise and are looking to expand their company and double their turnover within the next five years and need experienced Building Surveyors to achieve this goal

Your new role
In your new job you will be dealing with insurance claims on a variety of different commercial and residential assets. You will work from home and during your visits you will carry out technical reports alongside defect diagnosis and ensuring all Building Regulations, Party Wall and CDM issues are addressed.


What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be MRICS and a team player. The successful candidate will also possess the ability to empathise with any tenants whilst at the same time the ability to professionally liase with clients. You will also have good experience as both a Project Manager and Building Surveyor.
