Your new role

This is an opportunity for a chartered building professional to join the Subsidence Team, within an award winning Subsidence Services Division. Based at home but working closely with other team members and service providers, you will take responsibility for managing a portfolio of commercial and domestic subsidence claims from notification to conclusion dealing with diagnosis, mitigation and repairs. With this being a home based role, you will be required to effectively manage your own workload to ensure that deadlines and expectations are met.

What you'll need to succeed

For this role you will need to have detailed knowledge of structural defects, repair techniques to and their drainage, particularly in respect of subsidence damage. Ideally you will have experience of insurance claims handling. During the interview you will be assessed on your ability to diagnose the cause of damage to domestic and commercial buildings, as this is a crucial element to the role.

What you'll get in return
