c. £28,500 - £30,000 Negotiable Dependant on Experience

Our Client is recruiting a Building Surveyor of APC standard, preferably a candidate with some post- graduation experience.

Unfortunately, newly qualified graduates cannot be considered as the structure/size of the firm is such, that there would not be sufficient support available to them - experience is very much the key criteria.

In order to be considered for this role - it is important that you are :-
- Client focussed.
- Able to write good quality specifications of works.
- Able to run small to medium sized project jobs in regard to contract administration.

The successful candidate will also have the ability to hit the ground running and be aiming to complete their RICS APC diary/log book in order to progress to becoming a full MRICS Member Chartered Surveyor.

Candidates who are part way through their APC would be ideal with some experience.

For the right candidate the salary would reflect their level of experience and where they are
in the APC diary/log book.
Our client would be more than happy to review the Salary Guide for candidates with 4/5 years experience of working in a building surveying practice or property company undertaking building surveying.

Party Wall
External Redecoration
Repair Contracts
Defect Analysis
Building Survey
Licences
Insurance Work
